Got a question about our van supply and conversion services? Take a look at some of the most common questions we get asked.

Am I eligible for finance?

Any person over the age of 18, and any business can apply for finance. As we work as a credit broker, we will act as the intermediary between you and our carefully selected finance providers. All applications are subject to a credit check and affordability assessment.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

We require a small non-refundable deposit of £250 for individual vans. Orders for multiple vehicles will require a security deposit and amounts will be agreed at time of the order.

If applying for finance, we will only take a deposit once you have an approval from the company.

Further amounts may be required as part of your finance agreement.

Do you charge fees for finance?

Whilst we do not charge a fee ourselves, our finance providers may charge a fee. Any fees will be advised at time of the finance being offered.

What are your lead times?

Our lead time greatly depend on our vehicle providers. Where the vehicles are in stock, we can have your vehicle ready within 10 days, and usually much quicker. If we are ordering a van specific to your needs, we will be subject to the manufacturer’s lead times, which currently vary greatly.

We will always inform you of the manufacturer lead times before you make your decision.

What happens if I’m not happy with my vehicle?

If for any reason you are not happy with your van, please let us know. It is important to us you are happy with your van and we will do our best to ensure this.

Can I appeal the outcome from a vehicle related complaint?

If both parties cannot reach a satisfactory solution, any complaint should be referred to the following:

What is the process once I have chosen my vehicle and fit out?

Once you have selected your vehicle, package and any extras, we will put together your quotation and advise a lead time.

Once you are happy with both, we will then take your deposit and all items will be ordered where required. Your van will come from the manufacturer directly to us where we will complete the fitout.

Depending on your preference you can collect the van directly from us or we will deliver your van to you.

Do you charge for delivery?

We do not charge a delivery fee for your vehicle, however, the manufacturer may include a charge for delivery to us. This will all be specified in your quotation.

Are there any limitations on mileage?

At the time of ordering we will ask for an estimate on your annual mileage, this will be used to calculate your monthly repayments where a balloon payment will remain at the end of the term. The mileage is used to estimate the final value of the van at the end of the term.

Depending on how you finance your vehicle, you may be charged for any additional mileage on return of the vehicle.

If I lease the vehicle, can I opt to purchase it at the end?

With most of our finance partners, you will be advised of the amount at the end of the term to pay should you wish to keep your vehicle. By paying the remaining amount, you would not be subject to any end of terms charges such as additional mileage, lost log book etc.

Any items that can be removed without damage to the vehicle, i.e. racking, can be removed and retained by you at the end of the term.

Items such as security locks will need to remain on the vehicle should you hand it back at the end of the term.

Do you take part exchange?

Currently, we do not offer part exchange, however, this may be something we will offer in the future.

Can I fully customise my van?

At present our website does not allow for full customisation. We feel our packages and optional extras should cover everything you need. In the event you do not we have what you require, please contact us directly to discuss, as we may be able to provide you with the exact fit out you need.

Can I just purchase the van from you?

We currently do not sell vans without any fit out. The basic package we offer for our vans is lining and security locks.

Do I still get the manufacturers warranty if purchasing through yourselves?

As the vehicles we offer are brand new, they will come with the same warranties as you would have if purchasing the vehicles directly from them. You will also be eligible to extend any warrant periods if offered by the manufacturer.

What are you purchasing options?

We can currently offer lease purchase or hire purchase on our vehicles. For further details please refer to our payment options page.

Are you able to provide sign writing as part of your package?

Whilst we do not have the ability to undertake the signwriting ourselves, we do have contacts with companies that can provide these services for us at our location. This way your van is fully completed whilst with us.
